Booking & Packages

How booking works and what a package price actually covers

Browse live packages on our Packages page, then reach out to a specialist by phone, WhatsApp, or in person at either office. A deposit confirms your booking and locks in the rate.

Most all-inclusive packages cover airfare, hotel accommodation, meals and drinks, carry-on luggage, and taxes. Inclusions vary by package, so always check the "Includes" list on the specific one you're booking.

As early as possible. Popular windows - Easter, Thanksgiving, summer - and flash sales can sell out fast, and rates are only held once a deposit is in.

Most packages include TT departure taxes. Destination-country taxes (for example, DR taxes for Punta Cana) are sometimes excluded - the note on each package will say if that applies.

Yes - some routes, like our Bahamas Carnival Weekend special, are airfare-only bookings with hotel packages available on request.

Payments & Pricing

Deposits, payment plans, and how pricing is structured

Credit and debit card, cash, and online payment via card, Stripe, PayPal, or WiPay once your package is confirmed.

Yes - many packages include a payment plan option, shown directly on the package listing. Ask your specialist for the schedule that applies to your booking.

Deposit amounts vary by package - flash sales sometimes require a smaller deposit to hold the rate. Check the specific package or ask a specialist for the exact amount.

Prices are listed per person, based on double, triple, or quad occupancy - the package tile shows which basis applies, since it changes the total.

Prices are subject to change based on availability until your booking is confirmed with a deposit - this is standard across the travel industry, not specific to Krystal Tours.

Travel Documents & Requirements

Passports, visas, and what to check before you fly

A valid passport is required for all international travel. Some destinations require additional entry documentation - always confirm current requirements before booking.

Requirements vary by destination and by your passport. Some of our routes are marketed "No Visa" (like the Bahamas) for most Caribbean travelers - confirm based on your own passport before booking.

Many countries require at least six months of validity beyond your travel date. Check the specific requirement for your destination well before departure.

It's not required, but we strongly recommend it - especially for destinations and dates that fall within hurricane season.

Health advisories change, so we recommend checking current requirements for your destination closer to your travel date rather than relying on what applied last trip.

Changes & Cancellations

What happens if your plans change after booking

Date changes may be possible depending on the airline and hotel's policy for your specific package. Contact your specialist as soon as your plans change - the earlier, the more options are usually available.

Cancellation terms are set by the airline or resort and vary by package - always ask your specialist about the specific terms before you book.

Refund eligibility depends on the specific package's terms - deposits are often non-refundable, so confirm this before booking if it's a concern.

No - promotions marked "new bookings only" apply exclusively to new reservations and can't be applied retroactively to a booking already in place.

Group & Custom Trips

Building something outside our standard packages

Yes - tell us the destination, dates, and group size, and we'll build a package around it, even if it's not one of our current listings.

Minimums vary by destination and resort - ask a specialist for the current threshold on the package you're interested in.

Yes - from all-inclusive group escapes to executive corporate travel, our team handles both leisure and business bookings.

Yes - multi-city packages, like our CuraƧao + Panama itinerary, are a regular part of what we offer. Ask a specialist about combining destinations you're interested in.
